The Learning and Development Team comprises Trainers/Facilitators, Coaches, Designers and Subject Matter Experts with "hands-on" experience of dealer and manufacturer environments. Our focus is on improving the bottom line via increased performance and profits from vehicle sales, service and parts, whilst always keeping customer satisfaction, retention and brand loyalty at the heart of business activity.
