The Challenge: To enable Directors and

the change associated with the integration of
divisions of the Rural Development Service and
the Countryside Agency to form Natural England.

by an Executive Coach who then worked on a one-to-one
basis with each Director and Senior Manager to

competency-based development centres to quickly

The rts solution: Design of a suite of online learning modules through which Business Advisors could increase their knowledge about the impact of leadership on innovation, growth and business operations and the role they can play in supporting the development of leadership within small and medium size enterprises.
